  • Designed and developed core capabilities for a legal-tech platform managing veterans' records, EHR data, and legal case workflows, enabling lawyers to access case information across multiple services.
  • Built a multi-tenant stakeholder portal using JavaScript and PHP, integrating REST APIs and webhooks to unify veteran case data from previously siloed systems backed by MySQL, MariaDB, and MongoDB, giving lawyers a single case-management interface.
  • Architected and built Python-based AI agents and workflow automation services using AWS Nova, reducing operational processing time from approximately 30 minutes to under 5 minutes.
  • Designed and implemented event-driven services on AWS, using CDK to provision infrastructure across Lambda, EKS, SQS, EventBridge, and S3, helping replace a monolithic PHP workflow with independently scalable data-pipeline components.
